Message	MBC is that boost setting will change according to outside temperature. The colder it is outside the more boost it will boost at the same setting. Mine changed by 2-3 psi from cold night to hot hot day. Boost spikes depends on how responsive your turbos are. On a big turbo, you will bearly notice a boost spike if any.
